Tell us the property type, roughly how big it is and where it is located. We respond the same working day, and for anything non-residential we will arrange a free site assessment before quoting.

We are based in Harare and service the greater Harare metropolitan area, including Chitungwiza, Norton and Ruwa, as standard. We also take on contract work and project-based cleaning nationwide, including Bulawayo, Mutare, Gweru, Kwekwe, Masvingo and Victoria Falls. If you are outside Harare, get in touch and we will confirm coverage and any mobilisation costs upfront.

For residential and once-off jobs we can usually attend within 24 to 72 hours, subject to crew availability. Commercial contracts typically start within a week of the quotation being accepted, allowing time for the site assessment, staff placement and equipment allocation. Urgent post-construction handovers can often be accommodated at short notice, so call us and we will tell you honestly what is possible.

Pricing depends on the size of the property, the type of cleaning required and how often we attend. Residential cleans are quoted on the number of bedrooms and the scope of work. Commercial, industrial and post-construction jobs are quoted after a free site assessment, because floor area, surface types and access all affect the time and equipment needed. Yes. Every job is quoted inclusive of our own materials, chemicals and machinery: vacuums, extractors, air movers, scrubbers, signage and consumables. Nothing is drawn from your stores unless you specifically ask us to use a product you already stock. For janitorial contracts we can also manage your consumable supply (hand soap, paper towel, toilet tissue, bin liners) as a separate line item.

Yes. Daily janitorial cover is one of our core offerings. We place trained, uniformed and supervised staff on site on a schedule that suits you: daily, weekdays only, twice daily, or night shift. Contracts include routine cleaning, restroom sanitisation, waste management and periodic deep-clean cycles, with a supervisor conducting quality checks.

Yes. A large share of our commercial work happens outside office hours precisely so that it does not disrupt your operations. Night shifts, weekends and public holidays can all be arranged, just flag it when you request your quotation so we can schedule the crew accordingly.

Yes. Brinancy Cleaning Services is a formally registered Zimbabwean company and we are set up to supply the public sector, including tender submissions through the Procurement Regulatory Authority of Zimbabwe. If you need our compliance pack (registration documents, tax clearance and supporting certification), request it with your quotation and we will send it through with our submission.

Every member of our team is formally engaged, reference-checked and trained before being placed on site. Staff work in branded uniform and PPE, and each team reports to a supervisor who is accountable for the standard of work. We can provide staff details in advance for sites that require access clearance.

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products wherever the job allows, and approved disinfectants for sanitising work. They are chosen to be effective against dirt and pathogens while remaining safe around children, pets, food-preparation areas and sensitive equipment. If your site has specific chemical restrictions, tell us and we will work within them.
